We do not hide or hive away our contact info. Whether you have a contract or not, our contact info is published on our site. Each Support Package is assigned to a Company or an Individual, and cannot be made use of by Third Parties. On making contact with our team we shall validate your package and proceed to assist you.

Our signature is our approach – obsessive support. Once we get an understanding of the issue, we take all necessary steps to help with resolution. Experience has shown us that most customers expect us to take ownership of a case and immediately start up a remote session to the affected system. And if that is what a customer expects, then that is what we must deliver!
